If I could just cook all day, I'd be in bliss. (and didn't have to do all the dishes from it ..) I figured this out because I planned the dinner we'd all have for Easter. And I worked on it All weekend so I wouldn't have to make it all on Sunday. Here's the menu we had because I'm so proud of it...
Citrus Pork Roast >>
Roasted Garlic Asparagus & Mushrooms
Mashed Potatoes
Pistachio Bread
Orange Cream Jello Salad
Deviled Eggs (Grammy made)
Mexican Layered Salad (Grammy made Mmm)
Sugar and Sugar Free Carrot with Cream cheese filling bundt cake
Sugar Free Lime Cheesecake
Anyways it was yummy. But the best part was making it all. It was so fun to make a huge menu. Someday I plan to eat like that everyday! well not that much. But someday I want to always have a salad and bread on the side and ALWAYS have a dessert (desserts can be healthy too!) So Im gonna have a really FAT family...haha nooo we'll eat healthy. I mean Bryson has to eat sugar-free so that frees up a lot of bad food. Anyway, we had steak for dinner last night and it was sooo good. I can understand why they say you should only eat half the amount of meat you usually would because you don't need that much. Those steaks were huge! and on sale :)
So I guess that's enough about food. We also colored Easter Eggs for Easter. It was fun. I got this marbling kit and got really into it. I think Thann and I got the most into it. See the dotted and striped ones? All mine. Those hand crafted beauties took forever. Anyways it was a good Easter of course with conference and everything.
So Sage's milestones are going crazy! She finally has in her two bottom teeth and she learned to crawl! We've been waiting for both. She's learning the word "no" now. She always tries to crawl to this side table that has bars on the bottom so she can suck on the bars. But, she could hit her chin pretty hard on them so I'm trying to teach her "no" and she just looks back at me and smiles and goes even quicker to the bars. Ugh! I'm sure this is only the beginning.
